Incidents

What is an incident ?

Before you can use MECC Central, you must create an incident. 

 

An incident groups together all related requests, offers, information, announcements, cases and agency logs.  Incidents allows you to invite only selected agencies to participate and set workflows.  It allows you to archive an incident, along with all related information, when it has concluded as well as generate reports including cost reporting and audit reports.

 

MECC Central allows multiple simultaneous incidents to be managed.

Incidents are typically associated with emergencies and operates in both response and recovery modes.
